Hey Duelers!
I know a post was just made about Ventrilo, but recently I've found this new program called Discord! It's becoming known as the replacement for Teamspeak, Ventrilo, and Skype, in the voice comms department. Having only been out for a few months, it's taking the gaming scene by storm. Discord is very modern and fun to use.
Why should you get it? Well, it's tons of fun to be able to talk and laugh on voice comms, while dueling and having fun on the game. It's also much easier to conduct character testing, and to teach things, when you're explaining on voice comms.
We have channels for helping with gear teching, and for Slam Academy mentoring, as well as general chat channels. It's possible to add more channels, for even more reasons. Suggestions are welcome.
Getting Discord is very easy, and totally worth the time. Just visit www.discordapp.com/download, and download the app. It's a very simple install, and should take no time at all. Discord does require you sign up for an account, in order to reserve your name, however, it is totally free, and you can even create your OWN servers.
