Gear: Weapons: According to Azaron, you have two options.
First Choice: Heart of the Oak flail

Important Stats: 3 to all skills, 40 fcr, Oak sage, 40 all res

  Second choice: Spirit Mallet Caduceus socketed with 2 tri res gems

Important Stats: 2 paladin skills, 10 fcr, 3 to holy shield, 3 to concentration, 3 to blessed hammer,30 light res

Shields: First Choice: up'd eth hoz socketed with um rune

Second Choice: Spirit of Phoenix sacred targe

Important Stats: 45 all res, 35 fcr, 22 vita, 128 mana, 2 to all skills

Gloves: Bugged Choice: wizzy gloves

Important Stats: 50 fcr, 75 res

First Choice: Crafted Gloves

Important Stats: I don't currently have my own for my caster characters. I will come back to these later.

Second Choice: Trang Oul's gloves

Important Stats: 20 fcr and 30 cold res

Boots: First Choice: Eth Waterwalks

Important Stats: 65 life, 15 dex

Second Choice: Tri res boots

Important Stats: 30 frw, 20 fhr, 19 str, 45 cold res, 22 light res, 22 poison res

Armor: Always enigma (wire fleece or archon plate)

Belt: First Choice: Arachnids Mesh

Important Stats: 20 fcr, 1 to all skills

Second choice: Verdungo's Hearty Coil

Important Stats: 40 vitality, 15 dr

Helmet: First Choice: Paladin Circlet

Important Stats:I don't have one yet so I will have to ask brad about it.

Second Choice: Crown of ages with two bers

Important Stats: 31 dr, 1 to all skills, 30 fhr

Amulet: Crafted Amulet

Important Stats: 2 paladin skills, 60 life, 30 str, 20 fcr, 20 mana, 10 mana regen)

Rings: 1 bk

Important Stats: 1 all skills, 20 life, 5 life steal

1 crafted ring

Important Stats: 10 fcr, 3 life steal, 5 str, 15 dex, 60 life, 11 all res

Wep Switch: Cta and Spirt

Charms: Paladin torch

Annihillus Charm

9x pcomb lifers

10x 20/5's (20 life, 5 all res)

Skills: 20 blessed hammer
20 vigor
20 blessed aim
20 concentration
20 holy shield
rest is into pre-reqs or defiance

Stats: Str: you shouldn't need any
Dex: Cast holy shield then put in points until you reach max block
Vita: rest
Energy: None

the ammy isn't possible as a craft but with the first choice of items the fcr adds up to 160.
I'd suggest taking the 20 fcr off the amulet and making it a rare so you can make the amulet 2 pala 30 str 20 dex 60 life 90 mana 20 all resist.
