Rules for Staff and Members (Violation Levels and Repercussions):
Rule Violation Levels' Overview - Lets use these to eliminate toxicity, not members! Discourage BM and encourage GM & Friendly Competition!
Rule Violation Levels:
Level 1 Violation - Accidental due to the lack of knowledge and or understanding before acting
Level 2 Violation - Questionable behavior and bm
Level 3 Violation - Intentional BM behavior/Poor Sportsmen-like Conduct
Level 4 Violation - Modding
Level 5 Violation - Hacks
Rule Violation Repercussions Guidelines
Rule Violation Repercussions' Overview - These are repercussions (corrective actions) which will take place due to the level of your violation.
Level 1 Repercussions - Accidental/Lack of Knowledge and understanding:
1.) Deserves three (3) warnings.
2.) Amidst the warnings, help will be offered.
3.) After the three (3) warnings and an absence of progress, you may be assessed as a Level 2 Violation.
Level 2 Repercussions - Questionable Behavior/Bm:
1.) Deserves two (2) warnings.
2.) Amidst these warnings an immediate notification of the violators' locking of 5 minutes (time-out) will commence.
3) If behavior persists, before time-out is up (violator(s) logging out and returning to the game), violator will have to start their time-out and or gag-order over.
4.) If behavior persists, after the time-out is over, the offense will be treated as a Level 3 Violation Violation.
5.) If there is any further involvement with the current offense will undergo a corrective action within the Level of the offense. This means -- any kind of vindictive behavior will be subject to a 15 minute time out.
Level 3 Repercussions - Intentional Bm/Poor Sportsmen-Like-Conduct:
1.) Deserves three (3) warnings.
1.A) First warning is verbal, and the
1.B) Second is a Lock of ten (10)minutes.
1.C) Third warning is for any further retaliation, in-which they will be subject to extended time-out, whether the retaliation be verbal or re-login. If problem continues proceed to treat this issue under a Level 4 Violation.
2.) Misconduct/Poor sportsmen like conduct will receive separate warning counts (two (2) warnings each).
2.A) Misconduct - Slander, insults (true or not), and or any trash-talk.
2.B) Poor Sportsmen Like Conduct - Complaints of one's play-style, excessive complaints about lag (heard you the first time), lack of cordial behavior (gg, gd,) and or any other derivatives ("...", luck, doesn't count, bad match up, etc...); before, during, and or after a duel.
3.) Amidst the warnings, there will be an in-game notification to the violator(s) of their muting of ten (10) minutes (gag-order).
4.) If behavior persists, before time-out and or gag-order is up (violator(s) logging out and returning to the game), violator will have to start their time-out and or gag-order over.
5.) If behavior persists, after the time-out is over, the offense will be treated as a Level 4 Violation.
6.) If there is any further involvement with the current offense, whoever it may be, will undergo a corrective action within the Level of the offense. This means -- any kind of vindictive behavior will be subject to a ten (10) minute time-out and gag-order.
1.Staff.) 1st offense will result in a temp-banned from game or forum for one day, 2nd offense will result in a temp-ban from site/games for 1 week, and 3rd offense will result in your administration termination.
Level 4 Repercussions - Modding:
1.) Deserves two (2) warnings.
1.A) First warning is Verbal.
1.B) Second warning is a Mute/Locking.
2.) Any further retaliation from violator will result in a Kick and will be handled as a Level 5 Violation.
1.Staff.) 1st offense will result in being temp-banned from forum/games for one week, 2nd offense will result in administration termination.
Level 5 Repercussions - Hacks:
1.) Deserves one (1) warning.
1.A) Will be asked to leave. If you are unresponsive and or non-compliant, you will be Kick.
2.) If you are insistent with hacking you will be Banned.
1.Staff.) 1st offense will result in Administration Termination and Banned for 2 weeks from site and games.
