Welcome!
This is not a strict limitation to what an FA may perform, since we're always looking for those willing to go the extra mile. If you are looking to join this staff position, please read the following to understand what you will be making to the community.
Scope of Staff positions, and their intended contributions:
Forum Administrator(s)' Overview - All FA are here to keep our forums clean, organized, friendly, cozy, and fair!
1.) Welcome New Members - Welcome new members, and direct them to the In-Game Rules and Forum Rules. Be sure to offer your assistance (templates should be used).
2.) Compliance Control - Make sure people are complying to the In-Game rules with proper formatting. One day after member's registration, send a Private Message (PM) notifying the member(s) of their need to post a compliance with proper formatting. If the post has yet to be made after their 2nd day of being a member, PM an OSO to warn the member. After a 3rd day of it not being posted, PM an OSO/Game host to temporarily ban that member's IP Address. Also, PM the offender(s) of their temporary-ban (Template needs to be used).
3.) Maintain Call-Outs - Be sure that you and others are following the proper formatting of Call-Outs. The formatting is meant to keep everything easy to understand and clean.
4.) Clutter Control - Keep senseless and poorly written posts from cluttering our forums. Having a neat and clean forum allows us to record important data and traffic.
5.) Flame Control - Be sure to keep up with posts being made to keep out offensive text and offensive behavior. (Per offense needs to be reported and recorded)
6.) Member and Staff Assistance - Keep up with posts being made that are requesting assistance. We as Forum Administration are here to assist our members and fellow staff by offering advice.
7.) Reporting - All discrepancies (Level 2-5) within the forum needs to be reported to an OSO. All reports will be formatted via template handed out. All Reports will be delivered with a PM (Private Message), until we have a Staff Only Board made for us to archive these reports.
